It’s International Women’s Day and we’re celebrating with a special episode of the podcast featuring producer Wendy Calhoun.
Wendy started out in unscripted television, and later went on to work on hit scripted series like Justified, Nashville, Empire and more recently, The Rookie: Feds.
Wendy discusses her work so far, the industry and how it has changed, her time on Justified, magical musical moments on both Empire and Nashville, and how a series that she sold but was never produced helped her as co-EP on The Rookie: Feds. She also took part in the ATX TV Festival‘s Justified writers’ room reunion in 2022, which was a definite highlight of that weekend.
